Seeraga Samba Rice

A premium, aromatic, small-grained rice from Tamil Nadu.  The same rice is grown as Chitti Mutyalu in AP/Telangana.

Prized for its distinctive cumin-like shape and unique flavour, this rice is the preferred choice for traditional South Indian biryanis and pulaos due to its fluffy, non-sticky texture, and it is also highly regarded for being rich in fiber, iron, and easy to digest.

High in nutritional profile with low GIycemic Index (diabetic friendly).  The rice uses less water to cook and easy to digest.  

Organically grown & cultivated from partner farms in Tamil Nadu.  The rice is NPOP certified organic and contains no chemical residues.
