Thooyamalli boiled rice is a traditional rice variety (means "pure jasmine" in Tamil). This is a parboiled (boiled) rice, recognized for its high nutritional value, distinctive aroma, and health benefits, making it an excellent daily alternative to processed white rice.
An excellent variety for daily consumption, high in nutritional profile (protein, fiber, iron, calcium, potassium & vitamins), low GIycemic Index (diabetic friendly) and very easy to cook and digest.
Organically grown & cultivated from Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. The rice is NPOP certified organic and contains no chemical residues.
