Kinnaur Golden Delicious

Our Kinnaur apples are coming from the organic farms in Upper Kinnaur in Himachal - Namgia, Nako, Shalkhar and Malling areas.  These are at 10,000 ft to 12,500 ft elevation and the apples from the farms here are known for their exceptional quality, rich taste and  vibrant colour. 

The golden delicious apples have thinner skin, are sweet, juicy and less crunchy.  Ideal for snacking and part of your recipes. These apples are best for baking apple pie due to its balanced flavour and its high pectin content, which allows it to stay intact when cooked.

These apples are nutrient dense and provide numerous health benefits, largely due to their high fiber, vitamin, and antioxidant content.
