Timbaktu Ragi Malt is a natural, organic health beverage mix made from sprouted ragi (Finger Millet) by the Timbaktu Collective, AP.  Our organic, sprouted ragi is a rich source of plant-based calcium, dietary fiber, and iron.

Easy to Prepare & Consume
Mix a small amount of the ragi malt powder with room-temperature milk or water first to form a smooth paste (this prevents lumps).  Place this on the stove and add hot milk or water with stirring.  The malt drink tastes delicious when sweetened with our raw honey, palm sugar or jaggery.
