Palm Sugar

Palm Sugar is made from the natural sap of palm trees.  It is prepared using traditional methods that involve slow-heating and natural crystallisation, without chemical processing.  Ours is a powdered form of the palm sugar.

With its mild sweetness and earthy taste, natural palm sugar is commonly used in Indian households as an alternative to refined sugar for everyday cooking and beverages.

A healthier alternative to normal sugar because of its low glycemic index, presence of trace minerals (iron, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and calcium) and plant-based dietary fiber.
