Organic, non-GMO, native variety Soya bean whole from the Himalayan region. We get these from our partner organic cooperatives in Uttarakhand and other states in the north.
These are NPOP certified organic, and highly nutritious - rich in plant-based protein, heart-healthy fats and essential minerals & vitamins (folate, iron, magnesium, and vitamin K). Incredibly rich in calcium and isoflavones, these beans help maintain bone density and potentially ease symptoms of osteoporosis.
Need 8-12 hours of soaking before cooking. Offers a variety of protein-rich recipes including wet & dry curries, sundal and kebabs. Ideal for making soy milk and curd.
