Masoor Dal

This split masoor dal (split red lentils) is polished and has a mild sweet flavour.  Organic with complete nutrition, masoor dal cooks faster than many other lentils and hence a great choice for many of your recipes (smooth curries and soups).

This nutrient-dense "superfood" is a rich source of plant-based protein, dietary fiber,  essential minerals like iron, zinc, magnesium, folate and vitamin B.  It has low glycemic index, which prevents sudden spikes in blood sugar, making it beneficial for diabetics.
