Our red rajma (red kidney beans) is grown, harvested, and processed without the use of any chemicals from organic farmer cooperatives from the Himalayan region.
These are NPOP certified organic, and highly nutritious - rich in plant-based protein, fiber, iron, folate, magnesium, and potassium. 100 grams of this rajma provides 23-24g of protein and 25g of fiber, making it excellent for digestion and muscle repair. It is also low in fat, gluten-free, and aids in sustained energy.
Ideal for rajma curries and also great in salads and soups.
Requires 6-8 hours soaking before cooking.
