Our Chitra rajma (spotted kidney beans) is grown, harvested, and processed without the use of any chemicals from organic farmer cooperatives from the Himalayan region. This variety of rajma has a creamy texture and a mild nutty flavour.
These beans cook faster than red rajma and make the gravy thick and tasty.
These are NPOP certified organic, and highly nutritious - rich in plant-based protein, fiber, iron, folate, magnesium, and potassium. 100 grams of this rajma provides 23-24g of protein and 25g of fiber, making it excellent for digestion and muscle repair. It is also low in fat, gluten-free, and aids in sustained energy.
