Tandoori Tofu

Made using certified organic soybeans with a delightful tandoori flavour.

Our Tandoori tofu is tender, juicy and wonderfully firm with the gorgeous flavours of the marinade complementing it beautifully. Our signature marinade is made from vegan curd infused with Indian spices like khaskhas and kasoori methi and a touch of mustard oil.

The blackened, charred bits from our tandoor add even more deliciousness. The masala is made fresh for each batch .  

Best served alongside lemon wedges, sliced onions (laccha pyaz), mint, and coriander chutney.  Simply Yummy!!
