Pure, traditional South Indian Rasam Powder made with consciously grown spices. Produced by the Navadarshanam community self-help groups, this blend supports rural farming families while avoiding artificial additives.
Ingredients: Organic stapes including, coriander, cumin, black pepper, dry red chilies, fenugreek, curry leaves, and other traditional aromatics.
How to use: Soak half a lime size tamarind in one cup of warm water for 10 minutes and extract the juice. Add 1 tsp of salt. Set aside. Grind 2 medium sized tomatoes with 1 cup water and add to the tamarind extract. Bring it to a boil. Add 1-1/2 tbsp of Rasam Podi.
