Authentic South Indian rasam powder made using ground organic spices for easy, authentic cooking.
Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Toor Dal (Red Gram), Cumin Seeds, Black Peppercorn, Turmeric, Curry Leaf, Garlic, Dried Red Chilli.
How to use: Soak half a lime size tamarind in one cup of warm water for 10 minutes and extract the juice. Add 1 tsp of salt. Set aside. Grind 2 medium sized tomatoes with 1 cup water and add to the tamarind extract. Bring it to a boil. Add 1-1/2 tbsp of Rasam Podi.
