Malnad Forest Honey

This forest honey is a multi floral honey collected from the forest areas near Jog Falls in Uttara Kannada.  Collected by local adivasi's in the traditional way, this honey is cloth-filtered, unprocessed and preserved in its raw form.

The honey has a brilliant colour, mild taste, and slow crystallization rate, but various a bit in its viscosity between the seasons.  It has been a popular choice among our honey loving customers.
