Made using certified organic soybeans, our classic tofu tastes and works like paneer; Medium soft, vegan and loaded with almost 40 gm of protein in each hand crafted 200gm block!

To give our Tofu a better taste and texture, we use labour intensive ancient oriental methods and handcraft it at every stage.  Our tofu captures the subtly sweet, delicate flavour and authenticity of original Japanese-style tofu.  It holds up well with stir fry dishes, soups, sauces or on the grill
