Yellow capsicums aka yellow bell peppers are sweet, juicy and fully ripe. Rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants and fiber. This adds vibrant color and a mild, fruity flavor to dishes and can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in stir-fries, pizzas, and roasted or grilled vegetables.
We source these from farmers in our trust network and mostly from farms around Hyderabad and from other states during the off-season.
To the best of our knowledge, they are organic/naturally grown and are devoid of any synthetic agrochemicals.
