Traditional Sona Masuri or BPT Rice aged over 9 months. This rice was cultivated and harvested without the use of urea or any chemicals / pesticides. As opposed to brown rice which is whole-grain rice with bran unremoved this rice has been fully polished to remove the bran layer.
