Traditional Basmati long-grain BROWN rice from Dehradun. This rice was cultivated and harvested without the use of urea or any chemicals / pesticides. Brown rice is the rice that has retained the bran layer which is rich in fiber. This long-grain rice is rich in its flavour and aroma and ideal for many traditional recipes including biryani and pulav.
