Sprouted Wheat Atta
Sunplay wheat flour (atta) is made from wheat that is sprouted and then dried through a hygienic solar processing technique.
Sprouting improves digestibility and nutritional qualities of the grain as the flour contains more minerals, vitamins and natural fibers. The increase in proteins, vitamins and minerals will subsequent breakdown of starch into simple sugars and proteins to amino acids making it easily digestible.
This wheat flour can be used to prepare healthy and tasty rotis and chapathis.
