Rajamudi or Maharaja rice is a favourite rice for many including the Maharajas of Mysore in olden days. This rice was cultivated and harvested without the use of urea or any chemicals / pesticides and is aged over 9 months.
With reddish and brownish grains the rice cooks easily feels light on the stomach and ideal for daily consumption. It has a an excellent aroma and taste and rich in dietary fiber antioxidants and polynutirents.
