Urad Dal with skin
This is a an organically cultivated urad dal with skin (Black gram Dal), which is most commonly used in south Indian kitchens for seasoning or for making idli and dosa batter.
We source this from farmers in our trust network, and as far as possible from farms around Hyderabad and the rest of Telangana. To the best of our knowledge they are organic or naturally grown and are devoid of synthetic agro-chemicals.
