Made using high-quality whole wheat without maida or any refined flour. This artisan bread and made using a unique fermantation technique by Dr. Srinivas who is a solar scientist and a passionate baker. The slow fermentation and aeration while the making of the bread makes it amazingly tasty and provides a long shelf life if refrigerated. Also the wheat used in the bread has low GI sugar and hence a healthier option.
This product is prioritised based on pre-orders and gets baked twice a week for us using organic and dairy-free ingredients - organic wheat flour sourdoufh starter and salt.
